Grease vapor generated during cooking is collected in the hood by the integrated exhaust fan. As the dirty air moves through the stainless duct section, grease and smoke particles are captured by the electrostatic filter. Remaining odor passes through the activated carbon filters and is discharged as cleaner air.Thanks to its low emission values, the system is environmentally friendly. Because grease, smoke and odor are filtered, the need for long ducts or chimneys is significantly reduced. The fully electric system operates within a 1.5 kWh to 5.5 kWh power range.
